Blenheim Homes formed the company Blenheim Brennan L.L.C. (Limited Liability Company) as per Delaware state law to govern the community per the bylaws and deed restrictions. The "board" is the decision body that has the legal right to access payments from members, contract with companies for landscaping, snow removal, administration, enforce deed restrictions and consider amendments to the bylaws and deed restrictions as may be needed from time to time.
